1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or booking services from GetProTools Cleaning Services Istanbul, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree — do not use our services.

2. Services

GetProTools provides:

  • Residential cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Post-renovation cleaning

All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted depending on the condition of the property.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance
  • Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY)
  • Final pricing may vary depending on size, condition, and service scope
  • Payment is required after service completion unless agreed otherwise

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Inform us of any special conditions or requirements
  • Secure valuable or fragile items before cleaning

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Adjust the scope of work if conditions differ from the booking description
  • Reschedule appointments if necessary

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may result in a service fee
  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments

7. Liability

While we take care during all services:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours after service
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for securing valuable items.
We are not liable for lost or misplaced belongings unless proven otherwise.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, design, branding) belongs to GetProTools and may not be used without written consent.

11. Changes to Terms
